FabulousCash LLC and third-party providers do not provide refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. FabulousCash LLC and third-party providers only accept refunds or exchanges for manufacturing defects, including misprints, damaged product before shipping, or defective items. For Brazilian customers, our third-party providers provide the following remediation:
You must contact the third-party provider’s Customer Service and express your will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Third-party provider Customer Service will be provided upon request to all customers who have purchased goods manufactured or produced by a third-party provider.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged under all circumstances. Perishable goods and products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Products on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges and are sold “AS-IS.”
For physical products produced by FabulousCash LLC, the refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Written notification must be received during this time. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. You agree to provide return shipping costs associated with refunds or exchanges.
For digital products produced by FabulousCash LLC, the refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Written notification must be received during this time.
Physical products produced by a third-party provider partnered with FabulousCash LLC adhere to the return policy of those providers.
For third-party products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective, return requests must be submitted within 28 days (allowing FabulousCash LLC 2 days to process) after purchase.
For third-party product packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days (allowing FabulousCash LLC 2 days to process) after the estimated delivery date.
For third-party merchandise that is sent to the wrong address, an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or the merchandise becomes unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to the provider, and you will be responsible for reshipment fees.
To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start your return, you must provide your receipt, proof or purchase, and a description of the manufacturing defect or damage in your written request. You may be required to provide picture or video proof of the defect or damage to continue your return. If your return is approved, you will then be provided with detailed steps to complete your return.
All other orders are non-refundable and no exchanges will be provided.
All other refunds, exchanges, or exemptions not covered under this policy are at the discretion of FabulousCash LLC, including partial refunds or exchanges.
